I love daylight savings time. Bring it on.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

We have this discussion every year. It's tradition. It's also obvious why it hasn't been changed. Some want year round DLS, while others want year round Standard. Still there are those few who like the twice a year change. I belong to that group because I'm a traditionalist.

To me, changing the clocks just feels right, and brings memories of my father stopping the pendulum on the grandfather clock and reseting It's hands.

I have insomnia so I like DST; it gives me the illusion I'm getting more sleep than I actually am.

I like when the clocks are changed and I gain an extra hour of sleep and it is dark earlier and fall arrives.  I feel better.  That is me!

The older I get, the longer it takes for me to adjust when we switch. I just feel off or out of it for a little while.  I do prefer DST once I'm adjusted. My state has two time zones, so it can be kinda crazy if you live in one zone but work in the other. It's been talked about for decades, to pick one and stay on it.  But that's all it's been, talk.  I doubt it will ever change.  Many in the NW region of the state work across the border, in Illinois, which is why we have two zones.  That area stays on CST.  DH works from home and does a lot of international meetings on the computer, many of which are scheduled at 7AM for him.  Those meetings will now be at 6AM for him, which he doesn't like, but he'll manage fine once his body clock adjusts.

I prefer standard time, year round.

But I don't think that's going to happen.

This music from "Here I go again" just ran through my mind.  I have to laugh, at this age one hour doesn't phase me, but ask me what I had for lunch yesterday, so to speak. LOL.
