Day # 3 Still No Cigarettes

[ Edited ]

I am not in any pain now, but all day, I have had a headache, that is just now going away.

All I wanted to do today was just sleep.

First, I was burning up, with sweat pouring off of me, then I would be freezing cold.

I was in a dry coughing fit, when, without warning.....

Really, you left us hanging, dearie!!!  We hope you are ok.  You may be having a number of things going on, one of them being withdrawl from smoking.  I hope you will feel better

tomorrow.  Do stay in touch with your doc if you don't seem to be making progress.

Re: Day # 3 Still No Cigarettes

I gave up the BOOZE back in 1982. A person I loved was dying from their addiction.

I said to myself "what is the point ?"

I never went back :-)

The first thing I noticed was my WALET...Something was different.

I had money in there   LOL

good luck !!

Well, you are working a drug out of your system.  It is going to be a tough road for a bit.  Sorry about vomiting, but there are better days ahead for you, and most likely, more days ahead than if you don't quit. We are here to support you!  Now go and drink some ginger tea. Smiley Happy

@milkbone@Plaid Pants2   Maybe your incentive (or one of them) could be that you will giving your pets a healthier environment to live in.  Secondhand smoke effects pets too.

I am assuming you have pets because of your pic.
