Sorry to hear this. Our kids loved watching this show. We often watched it as a family. Our daughter couldn't pronounce Gilligan so we watched

"Gigalins" Island. She brought smiles to many faces.

Thank you for noting this.  R.I.P., Ms. Wells, aka Miss Nevada 1959.  You were great on the show.  We still have Tina Louise, 86.

Loved and still enjoy watching that show. The NYP had a great interview with Tina Louise about Dawn Wells. She said she was about the same in her real life and "always had a smile on her face". Tina is the last living member of that show. She requested not to give her age in the interview.

When I was on cusp of teendom, my friends and I loved the movie Palm Springs Weekend. I never knew until I read Wells' obit that she was in the cast.

She posted a holiday greeting online on Christmas Eve and was dead 6 days later. 

Covid is a b*%#@
