I just bought a Judith Ripka bracelet I've had my eye on. Couldn't pass up the deal. Usually $330, but lunchtime special $124.

Has anyone else gotten good deals via the lunchtime specials?

I often forget to check the LS, but this thread reminded me to do it. I just picked up a pair of Logo Lotus capris for under $20! Usually the smaller sizes are not available. Yippy skippy!

I like to check them when I can. Some years ago I "stalked" a CP Annapolis ring. It kept popping in and out in different sizes. I sat at the computer and refreshed constantly! Thank goodness I wasn't working that day so I could do it! Finally, finally, it showed up in my size and I grabbed it. WHEW! At the time I was talking to the girls on the CP forum. It was a lot of fun, but I hope I never have to do it again!

It goes in spurts for me. I usually find a clothing item under $20.

I've only found 2 things .... a Bob Mackie jacket and a Ripka ring I had been thinking about for a couple weeks.

When the ring showed up on the LS, it was HALF OFF!! Talk about an easy decision!!

I have gotten wonderful gifts, kitchen items, and items of gold jewelry from Luncheon Specials.

In "slower" shopping months the prices are often really special.

I got 2 Halston sweatshirts, cropped and super soft, for under $35 for both. Just the right length and weight. Sleeves are a bit long... think gorilla... but they fold up.

I am usually at work and cannot check then but one time I was home to check I discovered they just play games with you. When I tried to order it said no longer available but that was not true as when lunchtime specials were over the same item showed up at a higher price.

You really have to stay on those specials to get anything good and a good price.

I don't think QVC is playing games. When someone cancels, the item goes back into inventory. If you call, and tell them you tried to purchase at the lower price but was not able to they will give you the lunchtime special, especially if it is soon thereafter.
