Dancing with the Stars...I Just Remembered Something

Before last week's episode, there was a "scandal" going on. Kim Kardashian, Rob's sister, tweeted a phone number that was supposedly Justin Bieber's. Every female dialed the number which created a huge backup, but when they got through, they heard Tom Bergeron's voice saying, "You have just voted for Rob and Cheryl. Thank you."

I wonder why this issue wasn't addressed. When I heard this, I thought Rob would be disqualified. Somehow it doesn't seem fair, especially since I think David Arquette danced a LOT better than Rob.

Did anybody hear this or know anything about it?
