After experiencing the same thing about a month ago, I am in no way saying that she was faking it. What bothers me is how long the hospital took to diagnose it. Pulmonary emboli will not show up on x-ray, but they will on a CT scan with contrast. They had a diagnosis on me about 2 hours after being admitted to the ER, and about a half hour after the scan. They started IV antibiotics and heparin (blood thinner) even before I had an x-ray and CT scan, for precautionary measures for pneumonia or pulmonary emboli. She should have never been allowed to perform. The photo of her with Val back at the hospital afterwards shows no IV's in her and no oxygen. What was taking them so long to begin her treatment? Going through pulmonary emboli in both lungs, I can honestly say that I could not have performed that routine. I had such a difficult time breathing, that I could barely walk. Spent 8 days in the hospital including ICU.
