Tonight he was good.

I think eliminations should start after the second show. While they all probably are a bit nervous each week, I think the first week is the hardest for all of them.

I agree. The first night for those who are non-performers has to be stressful and it's understandable they wouldn't do as well.

I tuned in late, I didn't Suzanne dance tonight.

Not a fan of hers, but she did do better this week than last. Lotus, there's no filter on her on this show, so you see all the flaws.

I figured....the lower part of her face looks awful.

Is she or was she a smoker? Her upper lip looks like that of a smoker to me, or maybe she's had bad fillers done in the past.

It seems for Noah that it's not about the winning but challenging himself and that's great. He did a great job though.

With SS it's probably that she is not wearing heavy stage makeup but her organic stuff which she said she was using as well as her own tanning product that makes her skin look not so great.

It also must be hard to choreograph dances that are supposed to be hot and steamy for a 14 year old but Mark sure pulled it off with the Argentina tango.

I thought the model should have been sent home though. In spite of all the hype about the horrible social media comments she must have got enough votes to save her.

I actually thought this was going to be a ho hum season but I am pleasantly surprised as everyone improved this week not like some seasons where there is at least one who is just horrible.

I was shocked that Redfoo went home, and sad as this week he improved so much! It should have been between Suzanne and the model, but that's how this show works!!!!!!I enjoyed it last night and felt that everyone stepped up their game. I also think there should not be an elimnation until after the 2nd dance, most people are super nervous for their 1st dance, and so naturally they do not do well.......Rumer is my favorite!!!!!! I don't know why but I do not care for Derek's partner!!!!!They did very well last night but there scores were too high in my opinion........

Since Tom said more than once the final 2 were not necessarily the bottom 2 vote getters, I'm betting the model was the one that had an infinitesimal more votes than Redfoo.

She's bullied yet the first time we see her, she holds 2 melons in front of her breasts.

Rumer has a beautiful smile.

I'm not a fan of Mark Ballas but I thought his concept and choreography was outstanding last night. Though (chronologically) she's 14, his partner Willow is mature beyond her years.

You knew as soon as they showed the piece about Charlotte being bullied, she would not be leaving. When they show the contestants' reactions to the others' performances, she usually appears disinterested.

I just love that song by Ed Sheeran.....love her outfit.

Nice dance.

I might be wrong about this, but I believe that everyone else's song was performed by the in-house band, except for Derek, who danced to the original Ed Sheeran song, which ABC has to pay to use. I think he had original music last week as well, so maybe this is part of his contract. I love this show, but they favor him blatantly. I predicted his dance would receive 9's, but I didn't think it was necessarily the best.

I followed Nastia Liukin's gymnastic career. Her parents were both Russian Olympians and although she was raised in the US, her training was very Russian. Even as a junior, she appeared serious (never smiled) and called aloof. She was never fully embraced by public the way many of her competitors were. When she beat Shawn Johnson for the all around gold medal in the 2008 Olympics, some said she robbed Shawn (who was America's sweetheart) of the gold medal.

She's come a long way but I doubt she'll ever be a warm, fuzzy kind of person.

Nastia is a perfectionist. Sometimes that trait is hiding a lot of insecurities.
