I thought the same thing about that dance. When Mark said it had never been done before on the show, I was really expecting something spectacular. It wasn't, in my opinion. As for Alfonso, he may have some dance background, but he's also in his 40's and injured; yet, he soldiered on and gave both dances his all. You have to admire that work ethic. He was fabulous. Val and Janel were also wonderful, but in a totally different way. I guess you can't say any of the dances were cookie cutter. Sadie is a cute little girl, but I prefer the other two over hers and Mark's dances.
