Dolly just always gets it right doesn't she. Walmart sent 10 large trucks full of supplies today. I really haven't heard what other wealthy people have or haven't done. I imagine some have donated silently or not silently but it is hard to keep up with all the news lately. I did read Keanue Reeves has given away an astonishing amount of his money in his lifetime.

How about the celebs - are they willing to pitch in and help.  Many make millions off of the American crowds.

Dolly seems to be a kind, sincere, caring and generous woman.

Bless her and everyone who donates, especially those that give a few dollars that they can't afford.

When I read about celebrities buying 58 million dollar homes, I keep thinking about all the good that money could do for those who are suffering so acutely. To those who contribute silently, thank you. To those who don't, follow the example being set.

I've always believed that when it comes time to meet our maker, we won't be asked what we had, but rather what we gave away...

Bless all who help others in times of need. If a little is all one has to help others need...bless them. If one has a lot they can do or give...bless them. Some give monetarily, some donate food, clothing or even shelter...bless them all!

Sorry, but this borders on a can't win situation for the "elite" from any industry.   

If people donate ten million and never say a word, you don't know about it, but the good is immense.

If they donate ten million and it's made public, some will criticize them endlessly for bragging about it.

Just as an example, if Harry and Meghan donated a million dollars in a Walmart parking lot, the criticism would be ENDLESS .... people would just lose their minds.
