DOES ANYONE HAVE A CAT WITH HYPERTHYROIDISM?

We took out cat to the vet for an exam-she's lost weight and is always hungry-we will know more when the blood test results are in....it could be hyper thyroid-not sure yet though...Does anyone have a cat with this condition???

We love her so much and want her to be well-She's a very special cat. She is 12 years old.
