Careful not to make it too hot - it will strip your body of moisture.

Thank you, pommom! I'll remember. I do need to take better care of my skin now. Maybe add some Argon Oil, rather than just lotions.

We always shower at night. Just can't imagine going to bed less than clean. I have friends that use public bathrooms all day, then go to bed and shower the next morning. I just couldn't do that unless I didn't have a choice. I guess it is whatever you get use to, but I couldn't sleep if I didn't shower.....semi-germaphobe that I am.

I shower quickly in the AM (darn night sweats), and have a nice bath in the PM (darn hot flashes & joint pain). I have trouble sleeping wearing the grime of the hot flashes.

Either baths or very short showers in mornings and evenings. (Twice a day)
