Re: DEER Wednesday 12/02/2020

@MamaWick  I enjoy the photos of your deer so much!
  It's turned colder in VA, 51 high. But I worry about the young babies in the cold or wet.
   I don't see Bucks now, the older ones are gone since I don't feed them. Only occasionally a few does & young ones.
   I recall many years ago before fences and people planting things, there were herds.
   While walking my Basset Hound one day a huge Buck came down from my neighbor's bank and stationed himself in the middle of the road looking at us. We waited while his harem of does slowly crossed the road and he brought up the rear!
    They are finishing work on the widening of the interstate and are close so more deer have left. I miss them!

 @MamaWick

Buckley (I take it)😊 ? is definitely king of the forest! Handsomer and handsomer he gets!

And what a sweet young buck too!

And hello beautiful ladies!Heart

What a wonderful Wednesday greeting!

[ Edited ]

on the bay,

You expressed my thought exactly about Buckley:  "Buckley (I take it)😊 ? is definitely king of the forest!"

King of the Forest.   It must be so if the same words came to my mind.

Thank you again, MamaWick, for sharing your "wealth."

All your deer pictures are wonderful but I think these are the best. Only one thing is missing and that's Cricket. Thanks for posting.
