I think I know how Alecia gets her fur so messed up.  I don't think it is from fighting or being amorous.  I watched another deer lick her own hide and the fur stuck up.

MamaWick, could Alecia's licking be due to an allergy or some mite infestation?   The other deer don't appear to have the same problem. Just thinking.

Alecia the adorable!!!!!  She has her own spa for a fluffy fur look!!!!!  I love how her fur stands up, it is a fashion statement in the Doe world!!!!!  Very chic!!!  I love the way she is smiling at you, you and Alecia have a special  relationship!!

I just want to kiss Alecia's sweet pink nose. All of the pictures are lovely but the one of her above Willow is heart melting. What a love!!
