I'm still pretty broken. But need some beauty. My does have given birth, but haven't brought their tiny ones around yet. Hope to see them soon.

@mousiegirl I think she's referring to the deaths of the children in Uvalde, which isn't too far from where the Wicks live. Many people, esp Texans, are devastated.

How wonderful, new babies are born!!!! I hope the fawns are well and soon will visit the Wick's and discover a place of peace and safety, good meals and much kindness! The photo of the deer with the open mouth looks like she is spreading the good news. Something uplifting!

I am broken too over what happened, it is such a tragedy, all those youngsters and teachers gone. We have to move forward and do whatever it takes to make change so that another tragedy doesn't happen. Thanks for taking time out, MamaWick, to post photos , nature has its way to give peace and calm.

Animals are so much a part of our grounding and healing. They keep us in a caring routine and give us some stability in our actions. I find they are always a comfort when I need it, thanks for posting for us @MamaWick

Thank you for posting the photos to give us a reprieve from all the sadness and enable us to have a few moments of enjoyment seeing the beautiful animals enjoy their carrot treats!!! I cant wait unti the mamas bring their babies for you to see.....

The deer are in a carrot feast. The one Doe looks pregnant to me with her mouth open. Willow, what are you up to, girl?

@MamaWick These shootings happen all the time which is really sad and schools need to have stricter rules for closing and locking the doors so we can save our children. Don't let this wierdo get the best of you because he wanted attention because he never had any. He was a loner and his family did not know how to handle it. We have to be strong and move past this horrible tragedy.
