I was going to do some TBT pictures, but Woo Hoo...temperature is currently 36!  However, tree limbs are still doing damage.  This is the latest picture of our neighbor's new fence.

Re: DEER Thursday 02/02/2023

what a glorious picture of the two of you, so much love.

Are you okay with that terrible ice storm? I have been following it on the news..

It looks awful...

How are the deer?

Thinking of you, Willow and Papa Wick.

Love to you and blessings to you and all.

@MamaWick   Wow!  Luckily your neighbors' house  was not damaged nor anyone hurt.

Your deer are really enjoying their repast today.  Nom nom

Woofs and additional hugs to Miss Willow White, looking so comfortable on her mama's shoulder.  🥰

Sorry to hear the damage from the ice storm is still going on, I hope a change in the weather comes soon. I also hope the forest friends find shelter and warmth and get through this frost.

The photos of the woodland friends always full of sunshine and smiles.  They  make my visit to this post a happy one. Gentle creatures stay safe.

I see Willow White has found a comfortable spot, warmth and love for her!

I always wonder too where they go for shelter. I hope those dents in their fur is maybe from the freezing rain?

You and Willow look so warm and cozy.

I think maybe the deer would like to come in too!Woman LOL

I've seen ice damage to lines before.  Glad no one was hurt.

Your system is coming my way!

I see the deer are going about as usual and it's "yummy snack time"!

Willow, I see you're a seepy baby today!  So cute with the treat still in your mouth!  Nite! nite!Smiley Happy

We are okay.  It is currently 36 and not expected to drop, which is good.  Many areas have no power and we feel very fortunate, although that could still happen.  Linemen and women are super heroes.

@MamaWick   Yes they are, and now I have Glen Campbell's "Witchta Lineman" earworm going. 😁

Glad to hear you are safe. Woofs.

@MamaWick

Yep, here in SA  some areas still without power...glad to hear you and Papa Wick are safe and warm....as is Willow in the photo......😘

I bet the poor deer are especially thankful for the treats you give them dealing with both the cold and ice.....the sun's out and it's warming up....good news....I just hope it doesn't do the opposite now as far as weather and it gets too warm too early....and we can still use more rain, BUT NOT ICE!
