Great shots @MamaWick . Are those scars on the side of that bucks face/neck or just the way his fur is? Guess he got in a scuffle at some point.

The antlers are getting larger! Well fed deer!

One doe and her twins are the only regular omes around my circle now. I saw them on our walk yesterday. The babies went up the bank but Mama watched us.
Neighbors were coming far behind us and I wanted the doe to join the twins so motioned for her to go. She just looked at me. I know she remembers and wants food. But they look good and there are lots of nuts and acorns.

The pictures of the bucks and deer are as always impressive.  It is so amazing to see how the buck's antlers are growing.  Through your pictures, MamaWick, we have watched the process of the shedding and regrowing of antlers, something I never saw.  It is a walk through nature, a journey of how these animals live and well appreciated!

Nature surprises and gives gifts to us, we are surrounded by them and it is uplifting.

They just are so incredibly beautiful!

I just want to reach out and hug them, pet them.

I can't describe to you @MamaWick,

how much of a lift and sweet moments it gives me every day to see them coming to your welcome yard (and sometimes almost into your house!)

I know so many of us feel this way.

Thank you again for sharing your deer family, your sweet Cricket, now

I'm sure with you in her heart , letting you know her love will be with you always.

Is the first pic one of the fawns? She has such a pretty coat. It looks like the scars some have could be from barbed wire, not sure, but we still like them scars and all. I'm sure life is hard for animals to live out in the wilderness. @MamaWick is so good to them. Always love seeing this gang. Thank you.

Glad the gang is there!  Love the rack on the buck!  As I always say, they look so regal!
