Well now...I have competition for my babies.  Our back door neighbor sold their house and the new people moved in this last weekend.  They are a lovely couple with very soon to be 12-year-old twin boys.  The boys came over to feed the babies and I educated them on do's and don't's.  They shared with their moms and now they have a galvanized trash can full of deer protein pellets.  It is just fine with us.  I'm excited to have children so close, and they are loving feeding the deer.  Lucky deer.

Oh!  The younger twin is in love with Willow and has offered to dog sit...lol, even though they have a dog and a cat.

What beautiful pictures of the Bambis and Moms and what a nice story about your neighbor's, MamaWick!!!!!  How thoughtful of you to help educate them about the woodland visitors and now they will share in the acts of kindness you have been doing for so long!!!!!  For the deer, they will reap the benefits of both families giving them a safe space to eat and gather, their paths now leading to two giving families!!!!  Nature is surely looking down and smiling that her children are cared for!!!!

I'm not surprised the boys want to dog sit for Miss Willow White!  Just looking at her  wrapped up in her royal red blanket would win anyone over, so cute!!!!!  I am happy you have good neighbors and that the boys are joining in to feed he deer!!!!  It is always good to hear that children love animals and treat them with respect and care!!!!

@MamaWick   You definitely have good luck.  May it continue.

How wonderful to get new neighbors with children who appreciate animals.   Thank you for helping to educate these boys.  It's a win win!

Woofs and hugs to Miss Willow White. I got a chuckle out of her picture today.  She's so adorable and knows it. 🥰.

I'm sure you'll check on their dog and cat to make sure that Willow is protected.  Oh How I wish I were your neighbor.

Woofs and love to sweet Cricket in heaven. 💕🌈

Count me in with our QVC friends who are thrilled to hear about kids who want to be kind to animals.  There may be hope for the world if more people are like the Wicks and their new neighbors.
