@MamaWick   I see you had an extra "visitor" on the tree. No thanks. The deer are much more beautiful animals. We had about 5 in our driveway last night. They are not frightened away by dogs, cars or people since they've been in the neighborhood for so long.

Thanks for posting. I always enjoy deer Mondays or whatever day you post photos.

Such  lovely photos filled with nature, gentle deer looking relaxed and sweet. The time spent at the Wick Haven is always time well spent!!!  I am not sure if that lizard has a name but it is quite a sight, any information on it MamaWick?

Of course Miss Willow always a delight to see, hope she is having happy dreams!!!

@MamaWick   Welcome back!

The deer look great, and I'll bet they gave you a big welcome too.

Nature is truly magnificent.  That lizard's camouflage blends into the bark. However, you can keep it. 😃

Woofs and hugs to adorable Miss Willow White. 🥰. Willow is smiling in her sleep. I wonder what she's dreaming about.

Woofs and love to sweet Cricket in heaven. 💕🌈

Camouflage is amazing isn't it?!

I've not seen a Texas lizard before.

I've seen large green ones in Fl-one we called the "grandaddy."

And tiny ones on the east coast that change into beautiful turquoise colors.

I like them and how if you talk to them gently they lift their heads to listen.

Of course they might be afraid but I don't think so. I think they are quite curious. And I read that they like interacting with humans.
