Absolutely adorable.  We have one deer that comes in every morning for a carrot or an apple.  Then she leaves, it's not like she's expecting a full meal.  This has been going on for years and we suspect a neighbor trained her to do this years ago.

Priceless pic of Cricket!  Seems like she's thinking" What's that I hear, are my deer friends here?"

Awesome pictures!  Thank you for taking the time to treat us with these pictures.  By the way, does Cricket hear the can opener?  (Ears up)

How I envy those of you that have such beautiful wildlife so close!

I have a wild one of my own (or she has me) that slightly resembles the face in the last picture. We adopted her January 10th, 2011 so yesterday was her "gotcha day." I can't believe it's been 10 years.

Thinking about it yesterday I realized how often I think about how she's getting on in years, and not to be overly sentimental, but because I've lost others--people & pets--I find myself thinking ahead to the day we will lose her too.

My goal is to not dwell on the furture but to remember to cherish every day we have with her and not to look so far ahead that I forget how precious today is. Heart

Thank you @MamaWick for your Monday pics. Your little Cricket is adorable Smiley Happy
