We live in Texas Hill Country (referenced by this San Antonio meteorologist).  PapaWick and Willow are not affected by this, but I'm not so lucky this year.

So many people with discomfort from mountain cedar pollen.  I'm visiting family in north central Texas and you can see the weeping eyes and stuffy noises all around.

Thank you for the beautiful pictures. The first buck seems to be proclaiming "Happy New Year!"

Am so sorry this is affecting you; it seems that you will be experiencing the worst now and in the next few weeks. I hope things start returning to "normal" as quickly as possible.

Sweet Willow seems like she is tired and getting ready for a nap.

Re: DEER Monday 01/01/2024

[ Edited ]

He does look like he is giving you happy greetings, that first deer. Maybe he knows there is something special about today, New Years Day:heart

I have never heard of cedar fever but looked it up when you mentioned it yesterday.

It sounds miserable and such a strange thing.

Hope you feel better soon @MamaWick.

a virus by "any other name" is still a not welcome thing!

My whole family has been sick since Thanksgiving, one or another but not me.

It does seem like so many are sick all over.

Its not cedar fever but any name it can just go right back from where it came!
