It's deer hunting season in the Northeast. Thinning the herds.

What a great neighborhood you must have. I love it. We only get 2 or 3 deer on occasion from the woods adjoining our back yard.

I want to look out my window and see deer like that. When I was a kid my aunt and uncle had a house in the woods where deer roamed all around. I was so fascinated with it, city girl that I was. Now, my female dog would certainly bark at the deer though. She barks at anything. It's annoying but she's always alerting us to things. Like two guys were going door to door late last night. Good watch dog.
