At least I think so. I haven't seen my great nephew since last fall - he is 7. He really grew over the winter - got very tall. Anyway I hugged him and said "Where is the little kid? You have gotten so big. " and he answered "I think I  lost him somewhere."

@151949 Thanks for the smileSmiley Happy  I wish more people would tell some of the cute/funny things their children say or do.  I know grandma's must have some braggin' to do.  Come on people, some of us enjoy reading them......

@LTT1 Never!  I think many people are like me, they'd like to hear them.

There's so much pain and anger in the world today, it's fun to read stories about children written by people who love them.  Just warm and fuzzy feeling......

I'm watching my 9 & 10 y/o granddaughters for the summer 5 days a week, along with my 6 y/o grandson one day a week, so I'm sure to have some funny heart warming stories to tell. Right now I'm too tired. The girls also slept over 2 nights this week. My brain is mush after all their questions & "Grandmom can we have a girl-to-girl talk just you & me." Or "Grandmom can you tell us about ..." They are exhausting, but an absolute joy.

This little ditty still makes me laugh when I think about it...

I worked at a daycare, little Sarah said she needed to go potty.  I walked her in made sure she got situated comfortably and said to call me when she finished, she asked for me to stay.  After a coulple of minutes she announced "I'm finished", I said ok and to wipe her private parts well.  She said "those aren't my pwivet parts, it's my virginia"!   Hope I didn't offend anyone😁

My daughter is a nanny and she came by yesterday with the two little girls and her 5 month old to use the pool. She pulled the baby's onsie off and the 5 year old said, oh look, he has little boobies. My daughter and I cracked up. He is a chubby little thing.
