I have a relatively new neighbor that lives in the house behind me. We have spoken a couple times about him cutting down trees in his yard and potential work on my house. He is the hardest working guy I have ever met in my life! That being said, he is seldom home because his construction job keeps him busy.
He's already told me he has little family here and no reason not to work as much as he does. I was hoping to keep him home more by tempting him with the smells of the BBQ burning this summer. All I've ever used was a charcoal grill. What are my options? Is gas the same as propane? Maybe I should just stick with charcoal.
How can I get to know someone who's never home?
