As you may know, yesterday I posted...

H-E-B, a large Texas grocer, has cakes in the bakery for Mother's Day.  Not just any Mother's Day cakes, though.  These are 8 inch cakes with plain white frosting and two decorating bags of icing (pink and purple) along with a bag of sprinkles.  The kiddos can decorate the cakes for mom themselves.  This may have been around, but the first time we've seen it.

So I just finished decorating my cake, and yeah...it looks like a child did it 😆🥰😜

I love your cake!  You did a wonderful job.

Have a fantastic Mother's Day !!  :-)

I love this idea, too. I like decorating cakes and cupcakes, but not baking them.  ;-)

Love your cake, it's cute! I used to decorate cakes when I owned my ice cream store and it's not as easy as it looks! I think this is a great idea and I'll be looking for this. Thanks for sharing.

I think it's adorable.

I wouldn't say it looks like a child did it. It has rustic charm.

@MamaWick   Looks good enough to eat!

If there's any left over tomorrow, I'll be by with coffee.  ☕️☕️☕️

And of course a bag of carrots for your deer and puppy snacks for dear Miss Willow White.

@MamaWick : Great idea and your results were good. I took cake decorating classes with a friends daughter and she was 27 and me 58 . Well or first cake a one layer cake. Her results was like a professional cake decorating. Well me..... Nothing like your results. I kept everyone entertained. 😀

The teacher was very understanding and still gave me the certificate . I still learned tips for making better frosting and to make boxed cake mixes to taste better.
