Customer service?

Does anyone know the item number for the black bag with the floral front that was used as Shawn's satchel today on Q-Check?

I called customer service two different times to inquire and was told by one representative that Shawn would be presenting the bag later in the hour (she never mentioned the bag), then by another rep was told that there was no bag in Q-Check today!

Does anyone in customer service know what is going on at the Q?
