Customer Service Never Can Answer Anything lately

I appreciate the "I'm Sorry", but I want answers. I ordered BE eye shadow in two different colors. One has been shipped today and I ordered on the 6th. The other is still in process, and I can cancel it if I wanted. To me that means it hasn't been locked in the shipping process. This is 6 days. CS can't help. I have to wait a couple of more days she said. She doesn't know. She say she would e mail corporate. I told her corporate has nothing to do with it and won't do a thing. I e mail and get genearic e mail back. I'll cancel in a couple days and reorder. What is happening to the Q. Big time cutbacks.
