Customer Care, Who Knew ?

Believe it or not, I have never looked at the Customer Care category.  I assumed it was just for specific problems that you could contact a team member for help on.  I've had zero problems that needed help.  So today I got bored and checked the forum.  Fascinating problems to read about, I will say.  I wondered where all those closed account "letter" posts had gone and thought QVC had just stopped sending them.  No, things are pretty much the way they used to be before they remodeled the boards.
