Custom made window seat cushion and matching window treatment

So, we are in the process of redoing our master bedroom (phase 2...phase 1 was having the master bath totally redone last summer).

I am having a window seat built into the large jetout window, and will need to have a cushion made to order. I am hoping to have that and a window treatment (valence, maybe, over blinds).

My problem is who makes items these days? I am a great online shopper, but I do not even know any good companies that do this.

Also, has anyone used Blinds To Go for blinds?
