My husband and I and friends are sailing to Alaska on the Star Princess out of Seattle. We need to find a Seattle hotel that doesn't cost a fortune and haven't booked the flights yet. We were told that you can't wear jeans in the dining rooms, but what about for casual restaurants for dinner? We don't like to dress up but we may do so a couple of times. We're anticipating cold weather in August, but I know there could also be a heat wave in the summer. For anyone who has sailed on this ship to Alaska, can you give me some ideas on what kind of clothes to bring, etc? Thanks. Sue
