Chunky peanut butter, with no added salt, sugar, or oil, the only ingredient is peanuts.

 

I usually buy Trader Joe's Organic Valencia Crunchy No Salt.

 

With almond butter I prefer creamy.

I used to spoon out Jif Creamy, then dip it into honey...one of my favorite treats...until I developed a peanut allergy...

i adore peanut butter in all forms.  can't keep it in the house because i eat it with a spoon.

One nice way to get your fill, but not eat a massive amount is to put some onto apple slices.  It's very filling and it doesn't take much at all to be satisfied.

 

I do this every now and then.  The only problem is that the dog loves both peanut butter AND apples.  So, although I am super careful as to what I feed him, he gets one bite.

I buy the 'Jif to Go' packs most of the time.  I allow myself one single-serving cup a day.  I need forced portion control ~ lol.
