Ok so I received a few items.

Spectrum Noir markers with video Have not watched video but the markers are a slightly different shape from the original ones I purchased in the past. Hopefully they are an improvement. I do believe the Copic markers are much better but for the price thought I would give it a whirl. I know someone mentioned that you could only use a certain paper with these markers but that is true with all markers. I bought a ream of white card stock from Walmart and use that to stamp on and have never had a problem. I have to test markers on color paper to see which is better.

Spectrum Noir marker holder. It is okay. Serves it purpose.

Spectrum Noir colored pencils were a steal. They are a good quality. I paid that price for a set of twelve. With the HSN price I got 48 plus a dvd.

I did get a few extra page sets to go into the Totally Tiffany organizer and they are very good quality. The plastic is thick enough not to to tear. Some of the pages have little multi pockets and some are actually exactly like a plastic case (Like the ones you get stamps in from stamping up only larger). Open it up put in the stuff and close it. Everything will stay protected. Still waiting for the organizer.

Hot off The Press- I seem to have a weakness for their products. I did receive the card template, templates on the chain and cd set. Also received some Dazzles. Love them. You can never go wrong with dazzles. I till waiting for the velum card kit.

That is it so far. This is the one craft day I bought nothing of Anna's.

Will review the rest of my order when it arrives.

Happy crafting!

Re: Craft Day Purchase Reviews

Received the Totally Tiffany Organizer. It is quite a hefty piece of storage. It is all metal and should hold a lot of stuff. Have not put anything in it yet and won't until next week as I am getting ready for Easter. But it is up and sitting on its shelf waiting. I really can't wait to load this up and see if I can clear up my space and be more organized. It was very easy to put together. Directions were included.

Received 3 - 3 bird items. I got the girly stamps which are adorable. I received the sparkly borders and they are just okay. Nothing special. The borders are not that generic. They are specific to a theme so limited in used in my opinion. I also received the 4 season card making kit. I will keep it but personally find it lacking in so many ways. First there are no cards. All of the pieces are tear away and can be used on cards or scrapbooking. The colors are dull and very muted and some have some silver and gold writing but not enough to make a card sparkle. I figure with a little artistic touch they may be ok but just ok. I am disappointed with the borders and the card kit. The grandchildren will probably end up with the last two items so no loss.

Received 2 Hot Off the Press items. The dazzles are dazzling. Always love the dazzles. The velum card kit - the papers are nice as is the vellum but there is no instruction unless you put in the cd. The one complaint I have with this brand is that there are no directions with most of their kits.

Received the Crafters Companion Stamp set with the stamp case. The stamps are a lily and and iris. They look nice but haven't used them and the case to store them was an added bonus.

Received the ""Bonus"" markers. They are okay. Similar to markers I already own. I hate to admit it but I got caught up in the"" Bonus Buy"" was special. It isn't. The markers are only worth 5 bucks.

So other than a mini magnetic cutting board that is my haul. Way more than I thought I ordered. I think that is a sign I have a problem!!!!

Can't wait to hear the reviews on your purchases.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on your purchases. I look forward to hearing more about the pros and cons of the Tiffany storage system. I didn't buy it because I didn't quite understand it and for that price, I didn't want to experiment.

Re: Craft Day Purchase Reviews

Marsha2003 - Thanks for your response.

I originally thought the organizer system was just a huge 3 ring binder. I guess it is but the base is medal, heavy duty velcro holds the rings on and it is extremely sturdy. I bought it in hopes of getting organized. The way it was described seem to fit the bill for me. I can't seem to get my supplies organized in such a way that is helpful. I have stuff all over the place. Truthfully I thought it was a bit expensive but in the end if it helps me it is worth it. I will keep you posted.

I think this was the first time I was disappointed in 3 birds. I purchased 3 items and only liked one. That has never happened before.

This was my first time not buying anything Anna. I hope whoever snagged those butterfly dies and those large folders writes a review. I missed those somehow. I feel asleep and woke up they were gone.

I try to buy something when HSN has it craft days so they will keep having them. I was so sad when the Q stopped their craft day. They had the best shows will all kinds of crafts and gave vendors time to show you how to use the products. So if I purchase a few bucks here and there hopefully it helps keep the craft shows on HSN. I usually buy kits when they hit the clearance rack. This time I splurged.

Re: Craft Day Purchase Reviews

I, too, miss the days of QVC's craft shows with Brenda Walton and Lisa Bearnson. I probably would have never gotten interested in paper crafts without those shows. I like the creativity of Anna Griffin's tools, but I wish she would offer more papers and things that are more gender neutral. I think her floral designs are gorgeous, but I don't always want that look.

I purchased both the butterfly dies and the gatefold 12" set and am looking forward to receiving them.

Marsha2003 - Please do review the dies and the gatefold set. I am curious about both. Hopefully they arrive soon.

QVC had one stroke painting which got me started in the art world. Since getting those kits I a have really flourished as an artist. The curtain foam thing I always wanted and never got, Lisa doing all the paper crafting and actually showing you how to use the items and on and on. I often wonder why they ever stopped. Oh well QVC's lose HSN gain.

Enjoy your day

Re: Craft Day Purchase Reviews

I got the two items that I bought. Only two but, sigh, expensive....

I got the tiffany organization system. I really wouldn't call it a three ring binder. It would be hard to fold it us, so to speak, and move it. However, I love it!!! It would be worth taking to a crop if you had a bit of extra space on the table. You can set it up however you want.

I haven't filled it (have taxes to do and Easter to get ready for) but I had to at least start. My goal is to get serious about my extras and fill it. Well made and it will hold TONS. So in that way, for me, it is worth it. There are seven individual 3 ring binder holders. What I would like to do it separate and sort according to occasions (wedding, babies, sports, holidays etc) and put one topic in each section. That way, if I know I will be doing a vacation crop I could just remove that one and tuck it in my bag. I am sure I am not describing it well but when in my craft room it really reminds my of a huge Bible on the lectern (what can I say, my husband is a minister - lol) It will be great to not have to search through folders, boxes, etc where ever something ended up.

I also got the we r memory keepers wheeled tote. WOW. Another winner. that just came today and I had to at least start filling it. It will hold a ton. I think I might just keep my basic supplies in there and than fill as needed for crops. It handles beautifully. I can't get over how much it will hold and still easy to get everything in and out of it. Another winner!

Re: Craft Day Purchase Reviews

Oooh, I am excited to hear what you think of this Tiffany organizing system once you really get into it. I think it is pretty neat, but would have liked a longer demo. Maybe I should go to their website, now that I think of it :-) Got my box Tuesday, unpacked it Wednesday and immediately opened the butterfly dies, got out my Cuttlebug and...couldn't find my A & B plates! I haven't used the bug since January and I can't remember exactly where I put the plates! They should have been with the bug. I was so bummed :-( Might have time to check my misc.craft box tomorrow and I sure hope they are in it! I am dying to try those dies.

Re: Craft Day Purchase Reviews

As for the rest, the Pretty Paintings Card Kit is truly beautiful. It reminds me so much of the lovely pressed flower cards I used to get from my relatives in Germany. Her demo video on Pinterest (& prob.posted on YouTube & HSN as well) has a nifty decorating technique, you should check it out. The foil papers are quite pretty and I hope she is coming out with a silver version. Would have been nice if this were a mixed version but c'est la vie. The Flower Pot Decoupage Kit is nice but needs more pots and fewer large flowers and more small flowers. Still happy I bought it :-) Did anybody else read the comments on her blog post on Tuesday? Somebody asked for pop-up Christmas cards and she said they will be here this year! I don't know if I will be able to resist those...sigh :-)

Re: Craft Day Purchase Reviews

My tiffany organizer is still sitting there waiting to be filled. I won't get to it until easter is over. It is quite large and takes up a lot of room. Yesterday in the mail I got the totally tiffany die boxes. I thought it was a good idea but someone mentioned the dies may bend. I have not put any dies in it yet but unless you put something extremely heavy on top of the box I think the dies will be just fine. It is a good heavy plastic. Will report back when I put some dies in the box. If it doesn't work I think I can find another use for them.

Happy Easter
