Court hearing for dad who left baby in the car - Page 6

I didn't know this was on today. I missed everything up until now, but have it on waiting for recess to end. Is this some sort of hearing for something? I can't imagine that the full case has been brought into court already...this just happened last week. Can anyone tell me why they are in court today?

To determine if there is enough evidence to send him to trial.

It's a probable cause hearing.

I was watching the hearing on Fox and could not believe what I was hearing.

How horribly tragic for that baby. It appears the evidence is mounting against him. There is no word in my vocabulary to describe his man. Father is not one of them.

Why do these types of people even have children? I heard one news report that they are "very religious". I highly doubt that. I will wait for more evidence, but I can't fathom anyone forgetting their child in a car for seven hours. I can not imagine a worse crime than killing one's own child. It's monstrous. Also, how does a man as unattractive as the father is called "womanizer"? Are there so many women wanting a man so bad that they will put up with someone like him?

....and the evidence of him se#ting pictures of his junk to women and how to kill your child on his computer. It's not looking good for him.

I wouldn't let him out on bond. I hope the judge has some sense to think this way. This guy and his wife are crazy like a fox. Who knows what they will do if he is out on bond. He needs to be on suicide watch in jail.
