Yes, I know about calories. And the type of calories eaten impacts where the fat is stored.
I thought we were talking about visceral fat and exercise.

I thought we were talking about visceral fat
Diet alone and exercise alone will not get rid of visceral fat. To lose visceral fat one must stop eating too many carbs, calories and fats and one must also engage in regular cardio workouts. @QueenDanceALot
