Coupon Code grrr

This is not a big deal, but I received a 20% off a single item from HSN. When I checked out it was denied, and this happened to me the only other time I tried to use a code from HSN. Both times I called and both times got the discount, because there was no reason that I shouldn't. What ticks me off is I wonder if they just figure no one will follow up, and just place the order, kind of sleazy.

I haven't tried to use the one I received today. However, I do recall that there are usually quite a few "restrictions". But I've also had a couple of successes.

I have never been successful using one of their coupons, and I have always tried to apply them to items not excluded. The last time was the 17% off an item. I applied it and it only took off 5%. I didn't order the item. I never thought to call, and really, we should not have to. I rarely buy from HSN because this aggravates me. Reminds me a little bit of "bait and switch" .

I know there are, and I always read the fine print. I guess because this happened twice, I 'm skeptical. I'm glad that they work for you.

I had no problem using it. I had 2 items in my cart, both with special pricing. The code took 20% off the higher priced item.

I'm having problems with the Saks Off 5th site. Every time I click on an item, I get a This page is not available. I guess they are telling me I should not be shopping today.

I have had issues in the past but realized after reading the fine print, I had sale/clearance items which are not allowed for the discount.

Most of the time I never use the coupon since it's usually a one day only discount but it's nice they do think of their customers.

I got the coupon also, but ended up using the Visa Checkout coupon I had received via email. The earrrings I've been watching were marked down $80 to $48 (today!) and I got another $20 off so paid about $30.
