LOVE cottage cheese, but it is high in sodium so I have cut back on that pleasure.

absolutely no way...I even dislike the smell.  My husband eats it with French dressing.  I don't think that even helps.

Love cottage cheese with fresh summer tomatoes, or cucumbers, or pears.

 

Sometimes I'll have a little cottage cheese on the side of a tossed salad for dinner if DH isn't eating.

 

It also puts the "creamy" in macaroni and cheese.Smiley Happy

I used to eat it growing up but I never think to buy it or serve it now.
