I think the problem may be that the ones with skirts for kids (police, too) are labeled as saxy (e instead of a) toddler costumes on the label. Really?

I tried to copy the packages but the Q wouldn't let me paste it. LOL they may do skirts so that people won't think she is a he when she knocks on their door. I'd just go with whatever outfit she wants to wear. Firefighters all dress alike.
