I have had what was referred to as "caps" on my front teeth for over 30 years and it was just two years ago I finally had to have them redone. They don't stain and never have and I can eat anything I want with them without any problems. Yes they do file your teeth down but I can't say what they do today. I have been very happy with mine. The one thing you can't do it make them get whiter, which I think has really gotten out of hand but then I am old.
