I use Turbo Tax too.
Tax preparers all use similar software now.

I had mine done at H&R for $230, that includes peace of mind. My mother had hers done by a CPA for $350. Both are not very complex.

DH hates too our taxes. We take it to an accountant in our attorneys office. I think this year we paid around $300.00.
Since DH does al our electrical, plumbing, and heating I think it is a fair swap. He also can fix cars. And claims he can keep ANY car running for 1 year.
