My son and his girlfriend do a lot of cooking and baking. He just told me about this trick but I've never tried it. I think I still have the tuperware gadget, though.

I cannot wait to try this. I have the Tupperware gadget and no matter how careful I am, I manage to break the yolk and get some of it in the whites.
