What kind of person would attempt to contest his Father's Last Will and Testament, because it was specified that his portion is split equally between him and his only child? This child is a young man with a family. He doesn't have a mean or greedy bone in his body. He works hard to provide for his family and it is a struggle but he does it.
I know a person who is doing this.. maybe I should say, he is attempting because he only made this statement on Sunday. (hoping he will reconsider).
This person is my brother and I don't like him very much right now.
I don't think he can do much about it because of the way it is written, but he said he will be contacting his lawyer. I'm saddened and sick. I'm also totally spent and need to get to bed.
Just needed to vent a little .... thanks for listening.
Am I wrong to be saddened by this? I'm scared it will cause a split between the two of them now.
