I need help. I returned an item to Amazon in late December and I received a refund immediately and tracking. It sill reads return in process. I received an email reading my refund would be rescinded if they don't receive item by the 15th.

I have searched on their site and found a number to contact-and lost it.

Do any members here have a number to contact Amazon?

you can also generally do a live chat with them to take care of the situation. i have had to do that several times in 2023.

You can find it in google. I've used it before. What I like about Amazon is their customer service. Excellent.

Google it. "phone number for Amazon." I use it when I need help and do I get fantastic service and kind help. Never a problem. And I might add returning a product, easy easy easy by stopping in one of the local stores mentioned certifified by Amazon. So far as a Prime Member no fees to do that return.
