I Google for things a lot, and it's almost always helpful. Just wanted to add--being able to "stop by" a local store to return things ordered online is nice, BUT many of us live where nothing is really "local". Even the nearest grocery store and/or Walmart is a 20+ mile round trip for me! Kohl's, Target,  Penney's, Macy's, Belk, etc. are 30-35 miles away.

I live 7 miles from Kohls and that is where I return if necessary.  And you are right not all of us are close.
