And as usual, it's not the chain that counts but the individuals workers in the individual stores! Overall, I love Wegmans and go when I'm near one which is seldom, but note how two unconcerned employees tainted that chain for one shopper.

And then there's Walmart at the very bottom, yet Walmart has some of the best prices you can find on some very excellent products. The trick is which Walmart! I detest the Walmart nearest me, but there's one another 5 miles away that is excellent. Yes, I have to pass a half dozen Publix (literally) to get there, but the prices are more than worth the drive - and the store is truly well designed and well cared for. I go for stock up/sale items or just stop in when I'm in that neighborhood any way.

Trader Joe is building a store 2 minutes from my front door - that will surely change my shopping pattern. I've never lived close to a TJ and there are products of theirs I love. Hope they don't change too much as they grow larger.
