When I sign into my account it usually asks if i want to use a "Token". Have no idea what that means. Maybe that's a shortcut?  Also some people save their Password.

@Katcat1 That is horrifying. I hope the bank's fraud division can trace your funds and return them. I am so sorry this happened to you.

Re: Consumer Beware

I'm thinking that there is much, much more to this "story" than has been disclosed.

Color me skeptical about accounts being drained to -0- with no alerts or alarms from the financial institution.

If the poster truly wants to warn the rest of us, specifics about what occurred would have been helpful.

I was the victim of fraud and all my money from my checking and savings was withdrawn and I have a zero balance.  Never, never, use the shortcut for your password so you don't need to remember it -- it's a scam.

WHOAAAA!    I'm sad to hear about that @Katcat1   Is there a plan for healing, from yr Bank?  I certainly hope so.

@Katcat1 ............Please clarify password shortcuts.  I and many others have never heard of this.

I had this happen to me twice and was refunded fully, it took about 2 weeks.
