Re: Conspiracy theories & mysteries

I think it was an accident. People can make a theory out of anything, conspiracy or not. It is up to people with brains to believe them or not. It will never stop.

I read a book that said she was gotten rid of, not by the royal family, but because of her growing political power.

The book said she WAS wearing her seatbelt, but that the latches had been filed down so that it would release upon pressure of impact......I do think that she was murdered primarily because she was not rushed to ER - they fiddled around for like 90 minutes while the hospital was 4 or 5 miles away......or was it a mile?

I know French medicine has different protocols but really it doesn't take a genius to know she needed immediate surgery.

Also the fact of her growing political power would be reason enough for someone to get rid of her, unfortunately.

Poor, Diana. Her life wasn't troubled enough that she has to be the subject of such "theories" after her death.

Look at the attention she brought to land mines.

Political power in that sense. Maybe political is the wrong word.....the point is, she had the power to sway public opinion.

I read that her next mission was "the Palestinian refugee crisis."

I think she meant well but she was in over her head.
