Numerous neurological studies have shown the human brain isn't fully developed until at least 25 years of age.

i don't understand those who are out for blood, blaming AG who is surely traumatized herself.

The only one to blame is the bomber and anyone who helped him kill and maim innocent young people and anyone else who was hurt.

I don't know if she does or doesn't, but she hasn't shown herself to be much of a caring type person to date.

I'm assuming she is a normal human being who isn't a psychopath and immune to the pain and suffering of others. Is there a reason I shouldn't make that assumption?

I don't think anyone is blaming her I think people are saying she has had attitide in the past about certain things -and maybe after this her perspective may change-

its a harsh reality now prior it was her living in her insulated celebrity self absorbed world

There is nothing to blame her for at all. I don't know why her attitude, prior reputation or brother has anything to do with this awful tragedy. The focus should be on the dead and injured, then the madmen and any group he represents.

Ah, but that's the tricky part. We can't necessarily believe he represents ANY group because that would be hateful.
