Just recently found out a cousin's husband has passed away. This happened over a year ago. These are relatives we don't see very often because they live in another part of the country. See them only every four or five years at a family reunion. Always enjoyed seeing both of them but otherwise not much contact. When is it too late or is it ever too late to send condolences? How would you word a letter or note? Any advice would be appreciated.
