Conde Nast Electronic subscription

I am having a Dickens of a time accessing my SELF Magazine through my iPad. I have a print subscription. I registered my subscription. I chose my password. I click ALL ACCESS and it gives me a message to sign in through the app. There is no app! If you try to contact Customer Service, it gives you a form to fill out. I want to scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anybody know how to reach Conde Nast - a real person???????? Thank you!
