I am done with Lands End. That Happy Returns company was not very user friendly and I had to drive 30 minutes to drop it off at Staples. Bye,bye Lands End.

I've ordered from Lands End for 20 years and have always received an invoice. Maybe yours was a one-off?

I can return Amazon purchases at Ross, Kohl's and/or UPS.

'Gap/Old Navy returns are complicated for me... but getting better because they now provide a code.
