I havn't had much interaction with many companies, but Amazon and Zulily have great customer service.

I also find Paula's Choice to have the best customer service of not just any skin care company but just about any company I have ever dealt with. They read through their reviews and if someone is moderately unhappy with the performance of a product and not even requesting a refund or exchange, they respond to the review offering both. They also have the most knowledgeable staff about their products they I have ever come across.

@Irshgrl31201 I have to say this is one area that has changed. I haven't returned anything from PC in a long time but was breaking out from her HA so I let them know. They did ask me to return the item and I am having to pay return shipping. This surprised me as usually they haven't asked me to return the item and just offered me a credit towards another item. I guess this is the new way of doing business for them now. Still great customer service but not as generous as they once were.
